We can plan, arrange and deliver training courses to meet the needs of you and your organisation.

Learning and development is important and we will tailor and plan courses to meet the needs that you have identified. It could be a ‘taster session’ to wet the appetite of the learners, or a more in-depth session to equip you/your group with improved skills to enable participation.

We have excellent facilities at our office complex situated in Filey, on the coast in North Yorkshire. It is an ideal place in which to learn, a quiet un-spoilt seaside town, away from the hustle and bustle of your normal environment. We can train in rooms comfortable for groups of up to 12/15 or if needed we can use the conference room for 50 or so people.

As you would expect we can cater for lunch, and provide beverages for breaks. Being a seaside town there is a range of hotels and guesthouses to suit a wide range of budgets if your course is residential.

If you prefer we can operate our training courses at a venue more local to you. You just discuss your needs with us and we will do the rest, to ensure your course is challenging but achievable, convenient and of a professional and meaningful standard for you and/or your group.

Participation - why not plan a participation session for your team/group? Get away from the normal routine, come to the coast and benefit from the natural beauty of the North Yorkshire coastline, where the clean air and abundant opportunities for leisurely walks will certainly clear the mind.

Team/group building exercises

There are excellent opportunities for building the capacity and strengthen the bonds/relationships within your group or organisation.

The opportunities here are literally many and varied. Classroom days, leisurely walks, water sport activities, inspiring countryside. If you want an interesting, meaningful and memorably enjoyable residential course be assured we will take care of the arrangements.
