Whether you are an already formed resident, tenant, community group or perhaps a handful of people wanting to form into a structured group to solidify and strengthen your community voice – we can help you to both form and take your group to the next level.
We can help you formalise, advise you on structures, point you in the right directions of partners that you ought to be drawing support from. It may be sensible to perform an audit to see if and what type of training your group may benefit from. Also, we can hold your hand through your formative and/or developing times and support and advise you in locating and making funding applications.
The key point here is to remember that we will advise you, and work for you. You, the community organisation remain in charge and control. we Repeat, you, the community organisation remain in control, free to do what you formed to do, not what another agency or someone else wants you to do.
You could be amazed at what political pressures can be put on you, often without you knowing or realising it, especially when you become proactive and successful!
Fees for our services can of course be paid out of grant applications/awards and our bursary may be helpful to you and your organisation
